Here is more information on some of my key smoothie additives:

  • Diatomaceous Earth

    • Use 3-4 times a month/every 10 days

    • Made up of Silica, which is found in the Earth's crust

    • Contributes to & detoxifies every vital organ

    • Removes intestinal parasites from the digestive tract

    • Great for skin, hair, & nail health

  • Psyllium Husk

    • Removes intestinal parasites from the digestive tract

    • Alleviates constipation or any digestive issues

    • Known to aid in weight loss

    • Lower blood sugar levels

    • Psyllium is a soluble fiber derived from the seeds of Plantago ovata, an herb mainly grown in India

  • Ashwaganda Powder

    • An adaptogen, manages stress levels, reduce cortisol

    • Reduce inflammation within the organs/body

    • Aids in infertility and can specifically help men’s hormone levels

    • Neuro-supportive and nootropic herb (nootropic herbs are those that promote healthy cognitive function)

  • Astragalus Powder

    • Immune system boost

    • Heart health, reduces blood pressure

    • Treats diabetes 

    • Kidney strength, lymphatic system support

  • Bentonite Clay

    • Similar to psyllium husk & can be taken together

    • Removes intestinal parasites from digestive tract

    • Incredible for the skin and commonly used as a topical treatment

    • Reduces toxins/heavy metals from the body

  • Amazing Grass (comes in Peanut Butter Chocolate flavor too)

    • Honestly just add to get some extra greens or to add a PB+C flavor to my smoothies if I want, I don’t necessarily add it for “protein” deficiency or anything

    • Aid in digestion with plenty of essential nutrients/digestive enzymes
