Modeling vs. Photography

So the lovely Rita Granberry photographed me back in November and I'm still obsessing over the way the images came out - and so are a lot of my peers. It was such a new experience for me. I had no say in anything, which at first was difficult for me to grasp, but it honestly became kind of fun having someone just pick an outfit out for you and you see how differently you look in each one. 

Today four people within two hours mentioned these modeling photos above to me and all of them said the same thing "you need to do more of that!" It's such a bittersweet kind of feeling. I'm IN LOVE with being behind the camera, but not completely in love with being in front of it. I mean, I don't mind it, it's kind of fun... But I don't know. It doesn't excite me as much as photography does. And modeling is SO MUCH more than what people think it is; it's so much harder than anyone could imagine. Pursuing modeling is easier said than done.

But modeling works hand in hand with photography - I learned so much about photography in just the weekend that I was modeling for Rita. It was like learning the whole 360 of the camera. I just can't decide which side I like best. Can I love both equally?
