About This Retreat

This retreat is an invitation to explore the dualities within you. Through mindful practices and connection workshops, we’ll uncover the beauty that exists in our polarities. Together we’ll learn how to dance in between oppositions and understand the value of inhaling and exhaling with life itself.

From discovering the peacefulness of stillness, to the fire that’s ignited through movement, you’ll learn how to celebrate all that you are.

Through daily breathwork sessions, intermittent fasting, and consuming only nourishing fresh juices and clean vegan food - you will finally give your body the space to process and release built-up tension, both physically and emotionally. By temporarily removing food as a coping mechanism, we create space for deeper healing. With release comes the ability to truly receive what we’ve been asking for.

In a world filled that slams you with distractions and constant demands, this weekend is about prioritizing YOU. People pleasing doesn’t exist in this space.  It’s time to embrace your contrasts fully.

About Your Facilitator

Recently someone called me a walking oxymoron and I felt like it was the best compliment I’ve received in a long time.

In the essence of dualities, I’ve always felt like I was this feminine tomboy. I am a porcupine with sensitivity and absolutely love embodying my womanly softness, but I also grew up with brothers and can be rough around the edges sometimes.

That being said, I’ve always had a love for leaning into contrasts. In the last year, I’ve dove deep into contrast therapy itself (cold plunge girly over here).

Before committing to deeper breaths, I worked 60 hour work weeks, was on auto-pilot, emotionally binge ate food, dealt with heat induced/exercise induced migraines, and had no real sense of direction.

The contrast that breathwork unlocked within me was something I didn’t even know I needed to discover. I think that’s what is so magical about it to me. The actual practice of conscious breathing is beautiful, but it is YOU that you are ultimately connecting to and there’s so much to learn internally, rather than externally.

I’m here to share a simplified approach to wellness. Without breath there is no life. When life feels chaotic or misaligned, return to the basics. Return to the breath.

Time to Party!

It wouldn’t be a retreat without a juice party. There will be a juicing workshop and demonstration to help you learn how and what to juice. Feel free to bring any fruit/veggies you’d like to juice however it is not required (but definitely encouraged!) BYOF 🤗

Group Breathwork Sessions Daily

Expect to release 70% of toxins in your body just through conscious breathing! There will be morning and evening sessions to help you discover your dualities.

 

Contrast Community Workshops

We’ll explore community workshops and activities to allow us to experience our own contrasts as well as witness others’.

Intentional Morning Yoga

We’ll have an opportunity to drop out of the mind and into the body with an amazing yoga session. Stay tuned for more information!

 

Daily Vegan Nourishment

We’ll be consuming mainly water, herbal tea, and fresh fruit & vegetable juices, until sundown when we join together for a delicious vegan meal.

FAQ

  • Anything that will bring your comfort! A few changes of clothes including workout clothes, clothes to be outside in, and ultimately outfits to relax in. Judgement free zone! Feel free to bring any books, crystals, games, sound bowls, etc as well.

  • Typically April in Florida is warm! You can expect some humidity and sunshine but we’ll be able to cool off while indoors.

  • At this time, you are responsible for your arrival to the disclosed location. However, feel free to reach out to me directly to possibly set up a ride sharing option with fellow guests.

  • The retreat location is about 20 minute from the Tampa International Airport.

  • Refunds up to 50% available until 4/1/2025. After 8/18, there will be no refunds.

  • For booking, you will fill out a form (Stay tuned).

    Once the questionnaire is reviewed you can expect to receive a follow up email with next steps.

    If I’ve never met you before, I will schedule a short Zoom introduction meeting to answer any questions and get to know each other better.

    Rooms will be offered on a first come, first serve basis. If you know you are interested in a specific room it is recommended that you act fast, as we expect certain accommodations to sell out quickly.
