When I was first doing breathwork, one of the main things I realized was the contrast of what 3 days with that practice felt like versus 3 days without it. It was something I couldn’t deny or un-know! From that point on, I was committed to consistency. The results were ever revealing themselves daily (and still are). My overall demeanor was changing so much for the better, even my close friends and loved ones could tell that I was upgrading my entire energy.

What was so beautiful was that it was SO much more simple than I thought. Sure, self help books are cool and even other healing modalities help, but to know that simply breathing was such a remedy that was free and accessible at all times?! My mind was blown.

Which is why I want to help you see what consistency can do for you entire being! If you’re struggling with addictions, anxiety, depression, insomnia, emotional availability, (honestly the list goes on and on), I am here to help guide you back to the basics of life. Breath = life. Breathing is the basic function of living right? We can’t do ANYTHING without it. So let’s start at that foundation and strengthen it.

DJ came to me full of anxiety, stressed with the weight of the world, and even dealing with grief from a recent loss in his life. In full transparency, I even had a moment of imposter's syndrome because I knew this was going to be a powerful journey, but I hoped I was capable of guiding him to a lighter space.

But the power of the breath is undeniable! Even by week 2 you can see the lift of DJ's energy. And week 4 he is straight GLOWING. He was feeling so inspired to not work his regular 9-5 job and really step into the dreams of his that scared him they were so big. But for once, they seemed aligned, they seemed possible! Our 4 sessions were truly a blessing for both of us. It really reminded me how much I love what I do ❤️
