For the next 75 minutes, there’s nothing to do, nowhere to be, and no one asking you for anything.

Just you, your breath, and a guided journey designed to quiet the mental noise, dissolve stress, and bring you back to yourself.

Welcome to the Mental Reset Experience: my signature breathwork session blending mindfulness, intentional journaling, and guided breathwork to create a complete mind-body reset.

 

It’s kind of crazy to think about how many of us are walking around on auto-pilot.

We don’t even realize how anxious we are because it’s become our norm.

Our brains have 37 tabs open, yet we go about our day thinking we’re regulated.

Then you’ve tried to meditate.

You’ve tried to slow down. But your mind just. won’t. stop.

That’s where this session comes in.

It’s beyond just your standard breathwork session. We definitely won’t be doing the typical fast paced stuff the entire time either. I believe in sustainable practices that you can take with you after the session and implement in your day to day. I create very down to earth, relatable spaces for you to show up as you are.

Consider this like pressing a reset button on your nervous system.

For Individuals (75 mins):

Intentional Journaling – Release mental noise and get clear on what’s most important.

Guided Breathwork – A personalized session designed to help you release tension and access deep clarity.

Space to Share - A cozy grounded atmosphere to share your experience, open up, and let go.

For Corporate & Teams (90 mins):

Includes the above, plus an added group connection exercise to really see the world and those around you deeper.
