The Morning Routine That Changed My Life
I swear by morning routines and I don’t care how that sounds. Before making it a point to anchor myself in the AM before the day got started, I feel like I was just on auto-pilot and I was just reacting to life. Making it a point to start my day with breathwork VERY first thing to reset my nervous system for the day, has ultimately reduced my anxiety so much and opened my eyes to a whole new way of being and living.
